Welcome to Hartshorn Farm-
Where the food feeds your body—and the land feeds your spirit.
This isn’t just a farm. It’s a place where good food, good people, and big ideas grow together.
Dave and Amy Hartshorn didn’t just want to grow vegetables—they wanted to grow something bigger.
Something rooted in clean food, healthy living, and a real connection to the Earth.
Dave is a fifth-generation Vermonter who used to run a dairy farm with his dad.
He’s been growing organic fruits and veggies for over 30 years and knows the land like the back of his hand.
He can tell when the strawberries are about to ripen and how much water the kale needs—thanks to decades of experience and a close eye on the weather.
His wife, Amy, is a former NYC girl, green-living expert, speaker, and host of the Green Living Now podcast.
She’s helped thousands of people clean up their homes, habits, and health—without the stress or overwhelm. She’s passionate about real food, mindful living, and creating a healthier world—for people, the planet, and all its creatures.
Together, they’ve turned a little piece of land on Route 100 in Waitsfield, Vermont, into something truly special.
At Hartshorn Farm, you’ll find:
A beautiful open-air farm stand, open 7 days a week from June through October
A cozy maple sugarhouse, where Dave crafts his award-winning syrup
Local jams, pickled veggies, and other Vermont-made goodies
Pick-your-own strawberries and blueberries during peak season
A flexible CSA model that fits your lifestyle and supports the farm
Educational farm tours, hands-on experiences, and plenty of inspiration
Hartshorn Farm is more than just a place to buy organic produce.
It’s a place to learn, connect, and be nourished—body and soul.
“Wow factor” farm & food tours (as seen on HGTV), where you’ll
meet the land, the people, and maybe your next favorite vegetable
And online?
You’ll find free green living resources, transformational online courses,
and the Green Living Now podcast to help you bring
that same sense of sustainability and purpose into your own home
This is a place where you’re always welcome—whether you’re grabbing greens for dinner
or sticking around to ask big questions about health, healing, and how to live with more intention.
Rooted in Vermont. Grown with love. Shared with you.
