Now Hiring: 2 Full-Time Farm Crew Members for the 2025 Season + Sunday Farm Stand Help
May through October | 5 days/week | 8am–4pm | $18/hour to start plus free produce
Looking for meaningful work this summer that gets your hands in the soil, your body moving, and your heart inspired?
Join our vibrant, well-established organic farm in the heart of Vermont—featured on HGTV and beloved by our local community. We grow a wide range of organic fruits and vegetables and welcome hundreds of visitors each season through our busy farm stand and events.
We’re currently hiring two hardworking, physically fit individuals to join our farm crew from mid-May through October. You’ll work directly with Dave, our expert organic grower with over 34 years of experience, and gain hands-on skills in seed starting, transplanting, weeding, harvesting, and more.
This isn’t just about fresh air and sunshine (though there’s plenty of that!)—it’s also real, physical work. Farming requires stamina, focus, and the ability to adapt to changing weather and priorities. If you're a quick learner, able to work independently and collaboratively, and are genuinely motivated to learn about organic growing, we’d love to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous farm or gardening experience preferred, but not required
Strong work ethic and physical fitness (you’ll be on your feet a lot)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently solo and as part of a small team
Respectful, reliable, and able to take initiative
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time: 5 days/week, 8am–4pm
Some flexibility—ideal for those who might prefer half days (we’ve made that work in the past)
$18/hour to start
Paid 30-minute lunch break if working 40 hours/week
Occasional produce to take home
Workers’ compensation coverage provided
Local candidates preferred due to limited housing options. However, for those from farther away, camping on the land is a possibility (bring your own gear).

If this feels like your kind of summer—working with the land, learning from an experienced grower, and being part of a beautiful, welcoming farm—reach out to us ASAP.
Let us know a bit about yourself, your interest in the position, and your availability. We’re excited to connect!
